继4月17日出席火炬点火仪式与安徽茶旅线路合作联盟座谈会后，4月18日，中国茶叶流通协会副会长，大发国际集团董事长周敏，继续出席2026第五届安徽茶旅大会·第23届安徽石台茶文化节暨第三届石台富硒产业发展大会系列活动，以连续两日的深度参与，为徽茶产业高质量发展持续赋能。
上午的主会场活动中，中共石台县委副书记、县长汤新异，安徽省农业农村厅总农艺师葛万平，安徽省供销合作社联合社党组成员、理事会副主任戴儒鸣等领导先后上台发言，为石台茶产业与富硒产业发展指明方向。
周敏董事长先后见证了，富硒负氧原生态好山好水石台茶揭牌仪式、“长三角生态富硒茶乡” 牌匾揭牌仪式、安徽最美茶旅线路合作联盟・2026 皖美徽茶县长之约启动仪式、《“十四五”中国茶叶品牌发展特刊》发布、2027 第六届安徽茶旅大会举办地交接旗仪式。仪式结束后，周敏董事长参观了石台茶展馆，深入了解石台富硒茶产业的特色产品与发展成果。
下午14时，第三届安徽·石台富硒产业发展大会如期举行。周敏董事长与安徽各级领导、行业专家齐聚一堂，深度了解石台富硒产业的发展现状与未来规划，为后续推动茶产业与富硒产业的融合联动、探索跨业态合作路径奠定了基础。

Chairman Zhou Min gathered with Anhui provincial, municipal, and county leaders, as well as industry experts, to gain a deep understanding of the current status and future plans for Shitai’s selenium-rich industry. This laid the foundation for subsequent efforts to promote the integration of the tea and selenium-rich industries and explore cross-sector collaboration pathways.
From the symbolic passing of the torch and offering suggestions at the tea tourism symposium to the in-depth participation in the selenium-rich industry conference, Chairman Zhou Min, from the perspective of Vice President of the China Tea Marketing Association, endorsed and supported Anhui’s tea industry.
