This strand can be used to reinforce the PA system. The composites prepared with the strand exhibit excellent resistance to hydrolysis, fatigue and aging, and in particular have industry-leading performance in terms of strength and modulus. 534T is an aging-resistant chopped strand product. Its special weather-resistant formulation significantly enhances the overall performance of matrix materials such as PBT, PET, and ABS. The resulting composite offers high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, and chemical resistance, maintaining good mechanical properties even under prolonged sunlight or harsh environmental conditions. It is suitable for applications in automotive, home appliances, solar PV, and other fields.

This product is a perfect option for the LFT-G/D process. Its unique surface treatment offers excellent wear resistance and good compatibility with PP resin.
