The 38th China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries, or CHINAPLAS 2026, will be open from April 21 to 24, 2026, at the Shanghai. This strand can be used to reinforce the PA system. The composites prepared with the strand exhibit excellent resistance to hydrolysis, fatigue and aging, and in particular have industry-leading performance in terms of strength and modulus. 534T is an aging-resistant chopped strand product. Its special weather-resistant formulation significantly enhances the overall performance of matrix materials such as PBT, PET, and ABS. The resulting composite offers high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, and chemical resistance, maintaining good mechanical properties even under prolonged sunlight or harsh environmental conditions. It is suitable for applications in automotive, home appliances, solar PV, and other fields.

The flat glass fiber 570 is made by using a special production process. It shows good dispersion in subsequent processing, enhances fluidity of the resin, and hence effectively solves warpage issues in composite materials to meet high demand in thin-wall injection molding process. In addition, at high glass fiber content, the product demonstrates excellent processability and superior surface appearance, making it desirable in electrical & electronic appliances, new energy vehicle connectors, and more.

Our milled fiber is made by milling and screening glass fiber strands into fiber powder. It can be used to reinforce multiple resins of thermoplastics and thermosetting systems. The product features optimum dispersion, high-quality appearance and uniform length distribution, effectively improving mechanical properties, surface performance, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability of composite materials. It is widely applied in fields such as electrical & electronics, sealing materials, and abrasion materials.

This product is a perfect option for the LFT-G/D process. Its unique surface treatment offers excellent wear resistance and good compatibility with PP resin. The product features excellent wet-out and interfacial bonding, significantly enhancing mechanical properties and heat-oxygen aging resistance of the composite parts.

With the adoption of this product and its usage technology, the resulting parts shall have light weight and high strength by replacing steel and thermosets with reinforced plastics, and they can also be easily recycled.
