Vial Washing and Depyrogenation 洗烘瓶

Our Type 300 series machines wash and dry the inside and outside of bulk vials, syringes, bottles, cartridges, and ampoules. Coated grippers gently move the containers between stations, where several cleaning agents can be used. These modular machines can be used as a stand-alone washer or integrated into a fully automated line.
300 系列设备用于西林瓶、注射器、卡式瓶、安瓿瓶等药用包装的内外壁清洗干燥。设备采用涂层夹持器轻柔转运容器,支持多类型清洗剂,既可单机独立使用,也可接入全自动无菌制剂生产线。
笔者注:(生物药)制剂灌装通常从洗烘瓶工序开始,环境为C+A,modular machine是指模块化设备(可灵活组合、扩展、改造),可独立使用,叫做stand-alone washer,更多是集成使用fully automated line多指洗烘灌封联动线(washing, drying, filling, sealing line)。设备一般采用超声波对西林瓶进行震荡清洗,再经注射用水和洁净压空吹洗,循环3次。设备一般配有在线压差、风速、温度探头对过程进行监测。
The RRU series rotary vial washing machines perform ultrasonic pre-cleaning for fast and precise particulate removal. The rotary design ensures a compact footprint, easy operation, and reliable handling of small containers. Rotating heads deliver excellent cleaning results with gentle vial handling. Configurable for a wide range of container formats, the machines feature GMP-compliant design, outstanding accessibility, and safe transport of both stable and unstable vials. Internal and external cleaning is accomplished via sequential stages:ultrasonic pre-wash, hot circulating water wash, purified water rinse, Water for Injection (WFI) final rinse, and compressed air drying. Coated grippers gently transfer vials between washing stations without damage.
博世 RRU 系列回转式洗瓶机配备超声波预清洗功能,可快速精准去除颗粒物。回转式结构设计紧凑、操作简便,可靠输送小型容器。旋转喷头在轻柔处理瓶体的同时实现高效清洗,可适配多种规格容器。设备符合 GMP 标准,检修便捷,可安全输送稳定与非稳定型西林瓶。瓶体内外壁清洗分为多阶段:超声波预洗、热水循环清洗、纯化水漂洗、注射用水终洗及压缩空气干燥。带涂层夹持器可轻柔地将瓶体在各清洗工位间转运,避免瓶体损伤。

 Drying and Sterilizing Tunnel

The HQL series dry heat sterilizing tunnel operates on the laminar flow principle, fully meeting pharmaceutical industry standards for container sterilization and depyrogenation. Pre-cleaned vials, ampoules, cartridges, and syringes enter the tunnel under ISO 5 (Class 100) laminar airflow. The process includes three key phases: pre-heating to avoid thermal shockhigh-temperature dry heat sterilization (typically ≥250°C) in the heating zone for microbial reduction and pyrogen destruction, and controlled cooling to bring containers to near ambient temperature for downstream filling. The modular design supports customizable heating and cooling zones, with HEPA-filtered laminar flow ensuring uniform temperature distribution and energy efficiency. Stable and non-stable containers are transported via stainless steel mesh belts for frictionless, gentle handling. Process validation is performed via temperature mapping, bio-indicator (spore) inactivation tests, and airflow verification to comply with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 14644 requirements.

Filling & Stopper System

The filling process adopts volumetric filling technology (piston, peristaltic, or time-pressure filling), with adjustable filling volumes to accommodate different container sizes and product viscosities. The filling needles feature anti-drip and anti-foaming designs, minimizing product loss and ensuring filling accuracy within ±1% of the set volume. All product-contacting parts are made of pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel (AISI 316L) or PTFE, which are easy to clean and sterilize (SIP/CIP compatible) to prevent cross-contamination.
灌装工序采用容积式灌装技术(活塞式、蠕动式或时间压力式),灌装体积可灵活调节,适配不同规格容器及产品粘度。灌装针采用防滴漏、防起泡设计,最大限度减少产品损耗,灌装精度控制在设定体积的±1%以内。所有与产品接触的部件均采用制药级不锈钢(AISI 316L)或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材质,易清洗、易灭菌(兼容在线灭菌SIP/在线清洗CIP),杜绝交叉污染。
The stopper handling system includes a stopper feederdestacker, and sterile transfer channel. Stoppers are first decontaminated (via dry heat, steam, or ETO sterilization) before entering the sterile zone under ISO 5 (Class 100) laminar flow. The automatic stopper placement unit uses precision grippers to gently place stoppers onto the vial necks, ensuring proper seating without damaging the vial or stopper. A pre-compression step is available to enhance stopper seal integrity, preventing leakage and maintaining product sterility during storage and transportation.
胶塞处理系统包含胶塞进料器、拆垛机及无菌输送通道。胶塞在进入ISO 5级(100级)层流无菌区前,先经过去污处理(干热、蒸汽或环氧乙烷灭菌)。自动加塞单元通过精密夹持器,将胶塞轻柔放置于瓶颈处,确保贴合到位,不损伤瓶体及胶塞。系统可配备预压塞步骤,增强胶塞密封完整性,防止储存及运输过程中出现泄漏,维持产品无菌状态。
The entire system features a modular design, allowing seamless integration with upstream washing/sterilizing tunnels and downstream capping/sealing machines to form a fully automated filling-stopper-capping line. Real-time process monitoring is implemented for filling volume,stopper placement accuracy, and environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, differential pressure), with data logging and traceability functions to meet regulatory validation requirements. Gentle product handling minimizes shear forces, protecting the stability of sensitive pharmaceutical formulations (e.g., biologics, vaccines).
整个系统采用模块化设计,可无缝对接上游洗瓶/灭菌隧道与下游轧盖/封口设备,组成全自动灌装配塞轧盖联动线。系统对灌装体积、塞子放置精度及环境参数(温度、湿度、压差)进行实时监测,具备数据记录与追溯功能,满足法规验证要求。轻柔的产品处理方式最大限度降低剪切力,保护生物制剂、疫苗等敏感制药配方的稳定性。

笔者注:灌装机多为O-RABS设计,配备在线SIP/ClP系统,无需拆卸即可完成清洗和灭菌,最大程度减少人工干预操作。全程在线粒子监测。

Capping System 轧盖

The capping process accommodates various cap types, includingcrimp caps (aluminum), screw caps (plastic or aluminum), and flip-off caps, with quick changeover between different cap sizes and container formats to support flexible production. The cap feeding system features avibratory feeder and sorting unitto ensure caps are oriented correctly before being transferred to the capping station under ISO 5 (Class 100) laminar flow, preventing contamination.
轧盖工序可适配多种瓶盖类型,包括压盖(铝制)、旋盖(塑料或铝制)及翻盖式瓶盖,可快速切换不同瓶盖规格与容器型号,支持灵活生产。瓶盖进料系统配备振动进料器与分拣单元,确保瓶盖定向正确后,在ISO 5级(100级)层流环境下输送至轧盖工位,杜绝污染。
Precision capping heads deliver controlled torque orcrimping force, ensuring a hermetic seal without damaging thevial neckor cap. Torque/crimp force monitoring is integrated to detect and rejectunder-capped, over-capped, or misaligned caps,ensuring only properly sealed containers proceed to downstream processes. All contact parts are made of pharmaceutical-grade materials, compatible with SIP/CIP sterilization, and designed for easy access during maintenance.
精密轧盖头可提供可控的扭矩或压合力,实现密封严密,且不损伤瓶颈及瓶盖。系统集成扭矩/压合力监测功能,可检测并剔除轧盖不足、轧盖过度或瓶盖错位的容器,确保只有密封合格的容器进入下游工序。所有接触部件均采用制药级材质,兼容SIP/CIP灭菌,且设计便于维护时的检修操作。
Like the filling and stopper systems, the capping modules feature a modular design, enabling seamless integration into fully automated filling-stopper-capping lines. Real-time data monitoring and logging (torque values, cap placement accuracy, production speed) provide full traceability, supporting regulatory validation. The system’s gentle handling ensures no damage to the container or stopper, preserving product integrity from filling to final packaging.
与灌装加塞系统一致,轧盖模块采用模块化设计,可无缝集成至全自动灌装配塞轧盖联动线中。实时数据监测与记录(扭矩值、瓶盖放置精度、生产速度)实现全流程追溯,支持法规验证。系统的轻柔处理方式确保不损伤容器及塞子,从灌装到最终包装全程保护产品完整性。
