华锐精密 U 系列不锈钢车削刀片,针对不锈钢高效稳定通用化加工场景开发,采用抗塑性与抗崩性极致平衡的微细硬质合金基体,完美适配不锈钢超级通用加工工况,兼顾基体强度与抗变形能力;搭载多组元梯度复合纳米涂层结构,实现硬度与韧性双向并举,大幅提升刀具使用寿命,保障全程切削稳定性;辅以全新涂层后处理工艺,打造超丝滑刃口表面质量,进一步优化切削平顺性,同步提升被加工工件表面光洁度。可全面覆盖不锈钢切削场景,满足不锈钢车削对刀具寿命、切削稳定性、尺寸精度与表面光洁度的加工需求。
U72 槽型:采用精密优化刃口设计与制备工艺,切削力更低,可有效抑制沟槽磨损与积屑瘤产生。刃口兼顾锋利性与抗微崩能力,在低进给、小切深条件下仍具备出色的切屑控制能力,切削轻快稳定,适用于精加工至半精加工连续切削场景,保证尺寸精度与表面光洁度一致性。
U75 槽型:采用全曲面结构设计,可在不同参数下实现锋利度与强度的最佳匹配。独特葫芦形断屑槽使切屑卷曲顺畅,控屑断屑效果优异。自适应曲面刃口切削轻快,大幅降低切削力与振动,同时强化刃口强度,抗崩损、抗崩刃性能突出,适配不锈钢断续切削等复杂工况,保证高光洁度、无振纹,满足精密零件加工要求。
Huareal U Series stainless steel turning inserts are developed for efficient, stable and general-purpose machining of stainless steel. Adopting a micro-grain cemented carbide substrate with an optimal balance between plastic deformation resistance and chipping resistance, they are perfectly suited for universal stainless steel machining applications, while delivering both substrate strength and deformation resistance. Equipped with a multi-component gradient composite nano-coating structure, the inserts achieve both high hardness and toughness, greatly extending tool life and ensuring consistent cutting stability throughout the process. Supported by an innovative post-coating treatment process, they produce an ultra-smooth cutting edge surface, further improving cutting smoothness and enhancing the surface finish of machined workpieces. The series fully covers stainless steel cutting scenarios and meets machining requirements for tool life, cutting stability, dimensional accuracy and surface finish in stainless steel turning.
Additionally, Huareal offers pressed-grade inserts with transverse pressing technology as well as ground-grade inserts. These products meet the diverse needs of end customers, such as higher efficiency, better quality, and lower costs.
U72 Geometry:
Featuring a precision-optimized cutting edge design and manufacturing process, the U72 geometry generates lower cutting forces and effectively suppresses groove wear and built-up edge (BUE). The cutting edge balances sharpness and micro-chipping resistance, delivering excellent chip control even at low feeds and small depths of cut, with light and stable cutting performance. It is suitable for continuous cutting from finishing to semi-finishing applications, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
U75 Geometry:
Designed with a full-curved structure, the U75 geometry achieves an optimal match between sharpness and strength under various operating parameters. The unique gourd-shaped chip breaker ensures smooth chip curling and superior chip control and breaking performance. The adaptive curved cutting edge enables light cutting, significantly reducing cutting forces and vibration, while enhancing edge strength with outstanding resistance to chipping and breakage. It adapts to complex conditions such as interrupted cutting of stainless steel, ensuring high surface finish without chatter marks and meeting the requirements for precision component machining.

Qingfeng Series Cermet Inserts

华锐精密青锋系列金属陶瓷刀片采用创新型渐变式切削刃设计,通过优化刃部几何形态,显著提升切削过程流畅性,有效降低切削阻力,从而实现加工效率的整体跃升。其独特的三区断屑结构,依据不同进给量及切削参数进行科学分区规划:第一区适配低进给、小切深工况;第二区与第三区则可依次应对逐步提升的加工载荷。该结构能够精准调控切屑的形态与长度,有效避免切屑缠绕,确保加工过程的连续稳定与工件表面品质。
全新升级的金属陶瓷牌号HRC10,特殊的"双芯"组织结构,表层硬化梯度结构,表面坚硬致密良好的化学稳定性,以及较好的抗粘着性兼具耐磨性与抗崩缺性能,刀片性能稳定性与加工表面质量优异。涂层金属陶瓷牌号HR115C,搭配全新的纳米梯度复合结构涂层,进一步提升耐磨性能,耐高温性能优异,独特的过渡层处理技术有效提升涂层与基体的结合力,降低刀片与工件的摩擦系数,显著提升耐磨性和加工质量。
Huareal Qingfeng Series cermet inserts feature an innovative progressive cutting edge design. By optimizing the edge geometry, cutting fluency is significantly improved and cutting resistance is effectively reduced, resulting in an overall boost in machining efficiency. Its unique three-zone chipbreaking structure is scientifically zoned according to different feed rates and cutting parameters: Zone 1 is suitable for low-feed, small-depth-of-cut conditions; Zones 2 and 3 can handle progressively increasing machining loads in sequence. This structure precisely controls chip shape and length, effectively prevents chip tangling, and ensures continuous, stable machining and high workpiece surface quality.
The newly upgraded cermet grade HRC10 employs a special “dual-core” microstructure with a surface hardening gradient. It features a hard, dense surface layer with excellent chemical stability and good anti-adhesion properties, combining wear resistance and chipping resistance for outstanding insert stability and machined surface quality.The coated cermet grade HR115C is equipped with a new nano-gradient composite coating, further enhancing wear resistance and delivering excellent high-temperature resistance. The unique transition layer treatment effectively strengthens the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, reduces the friction coefficient between the insert and the workpiece, and significantly improves wear resistance and machining quality.

Series H solid carbide end mills are designed for machining high-hardness materials ranging from HRC50 to HRC65. Through innovations in substrate, coating and structure, they withstand harsh machining conditions while delivering high efficiency and long tool life, even under requirements of high hardness and precision.Featuring an ultra-fine grain carbide substrate, the tools combine ultra-high hardness with excellent toughness, greatly improving bending strength and red hardness. They are suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty cutting of hard materials with strong high-temperature stability, resisting deformation and chipping during cutting to ensure stable long-hour machining.Equipped with a multi-layer nano-composite coating, the tools feature high coating hardness, low friction coefficient and excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. This significantly enhances wear resistance and anti-adhesion, effectively reducing tool wear, extending service life and lowering tool change frequency.
The unequal pitch and unequal helix design effectively reduces cutting vibration and improves machining stability. The edge topology optimizes cutting force direction and relieves stress concentration at the cutting edge. The formed flute design effectively increases chip space and boosts machining efficiency.By optimizing grinding and edge treatment processes, the ball-nose contour accuracy is improved to ±3μm, with consistent cutting edges and controlled surface roughness, providing technical support for product stability.Supported by three core technologies — ultra-fine grain substrate, nano-composite coating and optimized cutting structure — the series achieves four breakthroughs in high hardness, high precision, high efficiency and long tool life.
