距离第139届广交会开幕只剩不到10天了！本届广交会将于2026年4月15日至5月5日在广州盛大举行，分三期线下展览，展览总面积约155万平方米，预计超3万家企业参展。截至4月1日，境外采购商预登记人数已超17万，其中“一带一路”共建国家超12万人，已有包括美国沃尔玛、英国森宝利、韩国三星电子等在内的279家头部企业确认组团参会，伦敦工商联合会、蒙古贸促会、秘鲁利马商会等137家境外工商机构也已报名。
The 139th Canton Fair will open in less than 10 days! It will be held in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5, 2026, divided into three offline phases, with a total exhibition area of approximately 1.55 million square meters. More than 30,000 companies are expected to participate. As of April 1, over 170,000 overseas buyers have pre-registered, including more than 120,000 from Belt and Road partner countries. 279 leading enterprises such as Walmart (US), Sainsbury's (UK), and Samsung Electronics (South Korea) have confirmed group attendance, and 137 overseas business institutions including the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce, and the Lima Chamber of Commerce (Peru) have also signed up.

Three Phases of the 139th Canton Fair
本届广交会分三期举办，每期展览时间为5天：
The fair is held in three phases, each lasting 5 days:
第一期（4月15日—19日） ：聚焦“先进制造”，涵盖机械、五金工具、照明及电气、电子家电、新能源汽车及智慧出行、工业自动化及智能制造、新能源等题材，继续设立服务机器人专区。
Phase 1 (April 15–19): Focuses on “Advanced Manufacturing”, covering machinery, hardware tools, lighting and electrical equipment, electronics & home appliances, new energy vehicles & smart mobility, industrial automation & intelligent manufacturing, new energy, etc. A service robot zone will continue to be set up.
第二期（4月23日—27日） ：主打“品质家居”，建材及家具、家庭用品、礼品及装饰品三大板块展览面积均在13万平方米以上。
Phase 2 (April 23–27): Highlights “Quality Home”, with each of the three sectors (building materials & furniture, household items, gifts & decorations) exceeding 130,000 sqm.
第三期（5月1日—5日） ：围绕“美好生活”，展出健康休闲、玩具及孕婴童、时尚等题材，继续设立智慧医疗专区。
Phase 3 (May 1–5): Centers on “Better Life”, exhibiting health & leisure, toys & baby & maternity, fashion, etc., and continues to feature a smart medical zone.

Online Pre-registration
Mandatory for All Overseas Buyers
为提升现场服务效率和参会体验，所有线下参会的境外采购商——无论老采购商还是首次到访的新采购商——均需提前完成预登记。
To improve on-site service efficiency and experience, all overseas buyers attending offline – whether returning or first-time visitors – must complete pre-registration in advance.

下载广交会官方APP，进入“个人中心”完成登录或注册，点击“采购商证”选择参加的展期即可完成预登记。
Canton Fair APP: Download the official APP, go to “Personal Center” to log in or register, click “Buyer Badge”, select the phase(s) you wish to attend, and complete pre-registration.

访问 buyer.cantonfair.org.cn，注册或登录账号后，在系统首页完成参会登记。

Special Note for First-time Buyers
首次参会的境外采购商，在登记过程中可同步提交境外采购商证申请，实现线上一站式操作。
First-time overseas buyers can submit their buyer badge application simultaneously during registration for one-stop online processing.
提示：预登记早在2月14日就已开放，如果还没有完成，建议尽快操作。晚上提交的办证申请，通常会在次日的办公时间段内完成审核和制证。
Tip: Pre-registration opened as early as February 14. If you haven’t done it yet, we suggest you do so soon. Applications submitted at night are usually reviewed and processed during the next working day.

如果境外采购商需要申请中国签证，广交会邀请函是必须材料。境外采购商凭邀请函可申请来华签证，并办理报到登记手续，免费进场。
If an overseas buyer needs to apply for a Chinese visa, the Canton Fair invitation letter is a mandatory document. With the invitation letter, buyers can apply for a visa to China and complete check-in registration for free entry.

如何申请邀请函？
How to Apply for the Invitation Letter?
?老采购商（曾线下参会） ：登录采购商服务系统，进入“邀请函”模块，确认更新个人及公司信息后提交申请。
Returning buyer (attended offline before): Log in to the Buyer Service System, go to the “Invitation Letter” module, confirm/update personal and company information, and submit the application.
?新采购商（从未线下参会） ：在申请境外采购商证时，一并勾选“同时生成邀请函”，系统会在提交成功后自动生成电子版邀请函，支持在线查看、下载及打印。
First-time buyer (never attended offline): When applying for the buyer badge, also check “Generate invitation letter simultaneously”. After successful submission, the system will automatically generate an electronic invitation letter, which can be viewed, downloaded, and printed online.
Tip
?重要提醒：邀请函申请次数有限，请确保提交的个人和公司信息准确无误。如果不需要申请中国签证（比如免签国家或已持有有效签证的老采购商），则无须申请邀请函，可直接进入办证步骤。
?Important: The number of invitation letter applications is limited. Please ensure your personal and company information is accurate. If you do not need a Chinese visa (e.g., visa-exempt countries or returning buyers with a valid visa), you do not need to apply for an invitation letter and can proceed directly to badge processing.

Pick Up Your Buyer Badge On-site
完成预登记后，境外采购商可在以下地点免费领取境外采购商证：
After completing pre-registration, overseas buyers can pick up their free buyer badge at the following locations:
?广州白云国际机场 – 落地即可办证，非常方便。
Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport – Get your badge immediately upon arrival.
?广州南站 – 高铁到达后即可办理。
Guangzhou South Railway Station – Available after high-speed train arrival.
?琶洲港澳客运口岸 – 乘船抵达的客商首选。
Pazhou Ferry Terminal – Ideal for those arriving by ferry.
?广交会指定办证酒店 – 入住酒店的同时办理证件。
Designated Canton Fair Hotels – Process your badge while checking in.
?广交会驻香港办事处 – 香港地区的客商可提前在香港办理。
Canton Fair Hong Kong Office – Buyers from Hong Kong can apply in advance.
?广交会展馆内的办证中心 – 现场报到时办理。
Badge Center inside the Canton Fair Complex – Process on-site upon arrival.
境外采购商证有效期为两年，持证采购商可在有效期内多次参加广交会。
The buyer badge is valid for two years and can be used for multiple Canton Fair sessions within the validity period.
领证所需材料：
Documents Required for Badge Pickup
1️⃣有效护照（海外护照）或港澳台居民身份证/居住证/回乡证等身份证明文件。
Valid passport (foreign passport) or identity document for Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents (e.g., residence permit, Home Return Permit).
2️⃣已完成预登记的相关凭证（系统页面截图或邮件确认信息均可）。
Proof of completed pre-registration (screenshot of the system page or confirmation email).

关于陪同人员证——如果你需要带助手或翻译
Accompanying Personnel Badge
If You Need to Bring an Assistant or Interpreter
如果境外采购商需要带中方助手或翻译进入广交会，必须为陪同人员办理“境外采购商陪同人员证”。第139届广交会对此出台了新规定，以下是重点：
If an overseas buyer needs to bring a Chinese assistant or interpreter into the Canton Fair, they must apply for an “Accompanying Personnel Badge”. New rules for the 139th session are as follows:
✅️申请主体：只能由采购商本人通过广交会官网发起陪同申请，陪同人员无法主动申请。
Applicant: Only the buyer can initiate the application via the official Canton Fair website. Accompanying persons cannot apply on their own.
✅️申请时限：需提前至少2个自然日提交申请。例如，计划4月15日参会的，须不晚于4月13日提交申请。
Application deadline: Applications must be submitted at least 2 calendar days in advance. For example, for attendance on April 15, the application must be submitted no later than April 13.
✅️陪同类型：陪同人员分为“助手”和“翻译”。“翻译”还需提交翻译资格证明（如CATTI、NAETI证书或高等院校外语专业毕业证书）。
Types of accompanying persons: Divided into “Assistant” and “Interpreter”. “Interpreter” must also submit proof of translation qualification (e.g., CATTI/NAETI certificate or a college degree in foreign languages).
✅️名额限制：每位采购商每期最多只能申请两位陪同人员，“助手”和“翻译”只能各一位。港澳台采购商和持中国护照的采购商不能申请“翻译”，只能申请“助手”。
Quota: Each buyer may apply for up to two accompanying persons per phase, with a maximum of one assistant and one interpreter. Buyers from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and buyers holding Chinese passports cannot apply for an interpreter, only an assistant.
✅️费用标准：证件费用为300元/天+50元工本费。证件一旦被进馆闸机扫描识别即视为已使用，费用不予退还。
Fee: 300 RMB per day + 50 RMB card fee. Once the badge is scanned at the entrance turnstile, it is considered used, and the fee is non-refundable.
