主动开口:客户走过展位时,微笑说一句 “Hi! Welcome!”,别等客户先搭话。
少聊价格,先聊需求:先问清客户的市场、用途、采购量,再报精准价格,不盲目报价。
名片及时备注:收到客户名片后,当场标注客户的国家、需求、目标价,方便会后精准跟进。
当天客户当天跟进:展会结束当晚就发邮件 / WhatsApp,别让客户把你忘在脑后。
自信比流利更重要:哪怕英语有小瑕疵,微笑、自信的态度会让客户更愿意沟通。
