近日，一批 TP310S 不锈钢无缝钢管顺利抵达马来西亚，完成现场交付，正式应用于当地工业窑炉项目燃烧系统核心部位。该客户与信跃结识于 2024 年马来西亚 OGA 展会。自首次合作以来，双方基于稳定的产品质量与高效沟通，已累计达成数十次合作。
Recently, a batch of TP310S stainless steel seamless pipes arrived safely in Malaysia and were successfully delivered on-site. They have been officially applied to the core part of the combustion system of the local industrial kiln project. This client first connected with Xinyue at the 2024 OGA Exhibition in Malaysia. Since our initial collaboration, we have successfully completed dozens of projects together, built upon a foundation of consistent product quality and efficient communication.
本次交付产品为高标准、高耐热不锈钢无缝管，主要用作窑炉燃烧器喷枪管。该部件在运行过程中会长期处于高温环境，同时承受燃烧气体冲刷及周期性热冲击，因此对材料的抗氧化性能、高温强度稳定性及使用寿命要求极高。
The product delivered this time is high-standard, high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tubes, mainly used as burner spray gun tubes in kilns. This component will be in a high-temperature environment for a long time during operation, and will be subject to the scouring of combustion gases and periodic thermal shock. Therefore, extremely high requirements are placed on the material's oxidation resistance, high-temperature strength stability and service life.
项目执行期间，信跃团队严控产品尺寸与整体质量。针对喷枪管的使用特性，强化壁厚均匀度和管体稳定性检测；同时结合远洋运输特点优化包装与装运方案，保障产品完好交付。
During the project execution period, the Xinyue team strictly controlled the product dimensions and overall quality. In light of the usage characteristics of the spray gun tubes, they strengthened the inspection of wall thickness uniformity and tube body stability. At the same time, they optimized the packaging and shipping plans in combination with the characteristics of ocean transportation to ensure the products were delivered intact.
