4月份马上来了,即将是外贸人的展会旺季。每年展会前,很多人都会问我:客户怎么邀约?邮件怎么写才有人回? 电话要怎么打才不尴尬?

我把我在用的一整套展会邀约模板整理出来,你只需要替换公司名+产品+展会信息,就可以直接用。

Dear xx,

Good morning!

April is coming soon — will you be attending xx this year?

We'll be exhibiting at:[Exhibition Name] ([Date]) | Booth [Booth No.]

As one of our valued partners, I'd really love to meet you there.

This time we've prepared several new [product] designs, and I believe some of them could fit your market well.

It would be a great chance to catch up, review ongoing projects, and also discuss your plans for this season.

Let me know your schedule — I'll arrange a proper meeting for you (and coffee is ready ).

If you need any help with your trip or factory visit, just tell me.

02 新客户邀约邮件(降低防备+给理由)

给新客户一个来你展位见面的理由

Dear xx,

I hope you're doing well.

I'm xx from [Company Name], we focus on xx.

Not sure if you’ll be attending [Exhibition Name] this year, but we'll be exhibiting at:

[Exhibition Name] ([Date]) | Booth [Booth No.]

We'll be showing some new designs not yet online, mainly for [application / market].

I came across your company and feel our products might match your current range.

If you happen to attend, it would be great to meet, show you samples, and exchange ideas — even just a quick chat is very welcome.

Let me know if you'll be around, I can reserve a time for you.

03 LinkedIn站内信connection模板(简练清晰➕让人愿意回)

站内信不是开发信,重点是让客户感兴趣,有回复

Hi xx,

I noticed your work in xx — your team must be thrilled to have you!

Will you attend [Exhibition Name] ([Date], Booth [No.])?

We'll show some new [product] designs. Would love to chat and learn from your experience. Can I invite you for a small talk at our booth?

04 电话邀约话术(轻松➕吸引兴趣)

打电话邀约重点不是强调合作,而是确认客户他来不来 + 能不能见一面

开场:

Hi XX, this is XX from XX,

I sent you a quick invitation about [Exhibition Name] last week — just wanted to check if you might be attending?

过渡:

We've actually been following your company for a while, and I think our product line fit you very well, we major in xx (主攻产品/专利)

展会邀约:

We'll be at the fair this time.

If you're coming, it would be really nice to meet in person — we'll have some new [product] designs to show, not online yet.

推进(关键一句):

Maybe we can grab a quick coffee at the booth and see if there's anything we can work on together?

收口:

Do you already have a plan for your visit?

Ending
