Vanguard 画廊荣幸宣布将于2026香港巴塞尔艺术博览会3C24展位呈现以上八位艺术家的作品,通过绘画、装置与多种媒介的实践,展开对图像、感知与现实经验的多重探讨。展期为2026年3月25日至3月29日。
Vanguard Gallery is pleased to present works by the eight artists mentioned above at Art Basel Hong Kong 2026 at Booth 3C24. Featuring painting, installation, and various media, the presentation explores image, perception, and lived experience. The fair runs from 25 to 29 March 2026.

褚秉超 Chu Bingchao
褚秉超的创作涉及雕塑、绘画、装置、影像等。他持续关注社会性问题,并通过一系列长期的艺术实践积极地展开介入。从佛像修复,到改造山体,再到荒野中的冒险,他用身体力行的方式探索个体与社会、艺术与现实的共生关系。

Chu Bingchao (b. 1986, Pingliang, Gansu province) currently lives and works in Beijing. He graduated from the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts in 2010 and works across mediums including sculpture, painting, installation, video, and more. Throughout the course of his artistic career, he has consistently focused on social issues, personally placing himself within the symbiotic relationships between the individual and society, and between art and reality. To this aim, he has restored Buddha statues, and altered the shape of mountains, as an adventurer into the wild.
His recent solo/duo exhibitions have presented at the following institutions and art museums: Traverse, Beijing, China (2024); GDMoA, Guangzhou, China (2022); MOCUBE, Beijing, China (2019 and 2016). 李家庆 Li Jiaqing
李家庆,1995年生于中国,现生活工作于法兰克福与深圳。他曾就读于广州美术学院 (2015)、奥格斯堡造型艺术学院(2018),后毕业于美因茨艺术学院(2025)。李家庆的艺术实践聚焦于形式结构、语言系统与逻辑生成之间的关系。他通过数字建模与材料转译构建视觉模块,将作品视为语言系统中的节点,而非孤立的图像或事件。他的创作方法源于结构主义与符号学传统,强调形式的逻辑演化与历史承担,试图在判断沉默与机制主导的当代语境中,重建艺术语言的系统性与批判性。不同于以情绪表达或社会叙事为主导的创作路径,李家庆强调作品的语言一致性与逻辑自治,主张结构可继承、误解可吸纳,判断可生成。他将艺术视为对认知结构的实践性回应,而非观看机制的表面参与。

Li Jiaqing was born in 1995 in China and currently lives and works in Frankfurt and Shenzhen. He studied at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (2015) and Hochschule für Kunst im sozial ottersberg (2018), and graduated from Kunsthochschule Mainz (2025). His practice focus on the relationships between formal structures, linguistic systems, and the generation of logic. Through digital modeling and material translation, he constructs visual modules, conceiving of each work as a node within a broader language system rather than as an isolated image or event. Rooted in the traditions of structuralism and semiotics, his methodology emphasizes the logical evolution of form and its historical responsibility. Within a contemporary context shaped by suspended judgment and mechanism-driven systems, he seeks to reconstruct the systematic and critical dimensions of artistic language. In contrast to practices driven primarily by emotional expression or social narrative, Li underscores the linguistic coherence and logical autonomy of the work, proposing that structures can be inherited, misreadings absorbed, and judgment generated. He regards art as a practical response to cognitive structures, rather than a superficial participation in the mechanisms of visuality.

黎佳仪 Joy Li
黎佳仪,1999年出生于中国甘肃。2021年毕业于马里兰艺术学院跨学科雕塑系,辅修戏剧,现就读于耶鲁大学艺术学院雕塑系。她的作品包括雕塑、行为、剧场、音乐与影像等多种媒介,她通过作品重新诠释物品与身体,放大日常之物中的诱惑与危险性,让观众用一种陌生的方式去观看和体验他们熟悉的事物。

Joy Li was born in 1999 in Gansu, China. She obtained her BFA degree in Interdisciplinary Sculpture with a Theater minor at Maryland Institute College of Art in 2021. She is currently studying in the MFA Sculpture program at Yale School of Art, expected to graduate in 2026. Her works include sculpture, performance art, theater, video, and music, exploring the tension of interactions between objects, emotions, and relationships. In her works, she reinterprets objects and bodies to magnify the allure and danger inherent in everyday items, allowing the audience to re-experience and interact familiar things in unfamiliar ways.

Muntadas is an internationally acclaimed pioneer of media art and conceptual art. Through his works, Muntadas addresses social, political and communication issues such as the relationship between public and private space within social frameworks, and investigates channels of information and the ways they may be used to censor or promulgate ideas. His projects are presented in different media including photography, video, publications, the Internet, installations and urban interventions.
Muntadas was born in 1942 in Barcelona, Spain, and currently lives and works in New York, USA. 沈瑞筠 Shen Ruijun

Shen Ruijun, artist and curator, her works take painting as a starting point and draw inspiration from nature, emphasizing experience and process. Her practice covers a variety of media, including installation, animation, and new media. Through perceptions of multi- dimensional space and multiple angles, her works explore the state of instantly shifting and intertwining contradictions such as, the virtual and the real, spirit and matter, the quotidian and the demystified, the individual and the collective, the norm and the exception, etc. In recent years, she practices a way of life that endows the spirit in the everyday through self-reserved land projects and maintains an independent lifestyle within connectivity.
Shen Ruijun was born in 1976 in Guangzhou, China, and currently lives and works in Guangzhou and New York. She graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Art with Bachelor of Fine Art (2000), Contemporary Art Department of Montclair State University with Master of Fine Art (2004), Art History Department of University of Chicago (2007) and Painting and Drawing, Minor- Animation of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with Master of Fine Art (2007). Her recent solo exhibitions have presented at the following institutions and art museums: 1979 Gallery, Shenzhen, China (2025); Window of Shekmai, Shenzhen, China (2023); Hunsand Space, Beijing, China (2021); 33 Contemporary Art Center, Guangzhou, China (2017); Gallery Yang, Beijing, China (2016); Kui Yuan Gallery, Guangzhou, China (2014); Linda Warrens Gallery, Chicago, IL, USA (2008). Her selected group exhibitions include: “Reform Mission- Guangdong Art Centennial Exhibition”, Shanghai Art Museum,Shanghai, China (2025); “Trace Marks”, Vanguard Gallery, Shanghai (2025); “Art Field Nanhai Guangdong”, Fuosan, China (2024); “Learning from the Rainforest, The first Trans-Southeast Asia Triennial Research Exhibition Series Project #5”, Art Museum of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art, Guangzhou, China (2022); A Wonderful Journey- An Art Exhibition Dedicated to Kids, OCAT, Shenzhen, China (2021); Silent Narratives, MOCA Yinchuan, Yinchuan, China (2019). They have been collected by MAXXI, Italy, KADIST, Guangdong Museum of Fine Arts, the White Rabbit Collection, Australia, and the Teirochi Deleon Collection. Formerly the Chief Curator of Guangdong Times Art Museum (2014-2017), Shen Ruijun is currently the China program director of KADIST (San Francisco/Paris) and an independent artist.
谢爱澜 Ella Wang Olsson

Ella Wang Olsson is a multidisciplinary artist who forges a contemporary language from ancient Taoist philosophy and digital subculture. Their work is an experiment in freedom, combining video, performance, painting, and sound to create cyber-shamanistic rituals. These rituals bridge Taoist thought, rave culture, and digital melancholy. Drawing on a hyphenated Swedish-Chinese identity, they map a personal cosmology where ancestral tradition meets the club's chaotic celebration. In this space, escapism and belonging collide to create pockets of awareness, beauty, and collective release.

At the first glance at Xiao Jiang’s works, one would be encompassed with the sharp atmosphere. Something is left unsaid by his works, expressing the power in silence. Xiao Jiang’s works have drawn materials from daily lives which are so familiar to people that are easily ignored. Under the artist’s unique perspective, they are cut out and recombined. Xiao takes inspiration from reality but structures them into an absolute fantasy world, leading the audience to dislocated visionary feelings.
Xiao Jiang was born in 1977 in Jiangxi, China, and currently lives and works in Shanghai. He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of China Academy of Art (2003). 宰鹏飞1994年⽣于中国扬州。现居上海。2019年毕业于奥斯陆Rønningen folkehøgskoley艺术专业,2017年毕业于云南⼤学艺术与设计学院绘画系第⼆⼯作室。在过去四年的实践中,使⽤铅笔、炭笔和纸作为材料,创作了“晕⻋药”系列作品,聚焦空间的⽆序、灵魂在时间洪流中的迷失,以及被困于梦境中的真实⾃我等主题。

Zai Pengfei was born in 1994 in Yangzhou, China, and currently lives in Shanghai. He graduated in 2019 from Rønningen Folkehøgskole in Oslo, and in 2017 from the Second Studio of the Painting Department at the School of Art and Design, Yunnan University.In the past four years, he has been using pencils, charcoal, and paper as his materials to create a series of works called Motion Sickness Medicine . This series delves into the chaos of space and the drifting of lost souls through the currents of time, exploring themes such as one’s true self being trapped in a dreamscape.
