第139届广交会将于4月15日正式拉开帷幕。随着开展日期临近，不少外国客户已经开始咨询如何凭广交会邀请函办理来华签证。
The 139th Canton Fair will officially open on April 15. As the exhibition approaches, many foreign buyers are inquiring about how to apply for a China visa using their Canton Fair invitation letters.

签证类型：短期商务签证
Visa Type: Short-term Business Visa
应邀参加广交会的境外采购商，凭广交会邀请函可申请“M”字贸易签证。这是专门针对赴华进行商业贸易活动人士的签证类别。
Overseas buyers invited to the Canton Fair can apply for an "M" category (business) visa by presenting a valid Canton Fair invitation letter . This visa is specifically designed for individuals traveling to China for commercial and trade activities.

必备申请材料清单
Required Application Documents
根据签证中心发布的最新通知，申请人在线填表前需要准备好以下材料 ：
According to the latest notice from visa application centers, applicants should prepare the following documents before completing the online application form
个人身份类 | Personal Identification
♦️照片：白底2寸彩色证件照
Photo: 2-inch color photo with a white background
♦️护照：清晰的护照信息页扫描件（护照有效期需在6个月以上）
Passport: A clear scanned copy of the passport data page (passport must be valid for at least 6 months)
展会证明类 | Exhibition Documents
♦️广交会邀请函：注明与会客商姓名、国籍和公司名称的纸质或电子邀请函
Canton Fair Invitation Letter: Paper or electronic invitation letter specifying the buyer‘s name, nationality, and company name
♦️邀请方填写：在线申请时，请在“邀请方”一栏完整填写“第139届中国进出口商品交易会”
Inviting Party: When filling out the online application, please write in full: “139TH Session of China Import and Export Fair”
旅行安排类 | Travel Arrangements
♦️机票订单：往返中国的机票预订单
Flight Bookings: Round-trip flight reservation
♦️酒店订单：停留期间的酒店预订单
Hotel Bookings: Hotel reservation for the duration of stay
商务背景类 | Business Background
♦️公司营业执照：申请人所在任职公司的营业执照复印件
Business License: Copy of the business license of the applicant's company
♦️公司介绍信：申请人所在公司出具的介绍信或派遣函
Company Introduction Letter: Reference letter or dispatch letter from the applicant‘s company
♦️银行流水：申请人近三个月的银行流水账单
Bank Statements: Applicant's bank statements from the past three months

申请流程三步走
Three-Step Application Process

第一步：在线申请
Step 1: Complete Online Application
提前准备好上述所有材料的电子版，按照所在地中国签证申请服务中心的指南完成在线填表 。
Prepare electronic versions of all the above documents and complete the online application form according to the guidelines of the local China Visa Application Service Center .

第二步：递交材料
Step 2: Submit Documents
在线申请通过后，申请人需持签证申请凭证、护照原件及广交会邀请函前往签证中心递交材料，并采集生物信息（指纹）。
Once the online application is approved, applicants must bring the visa application certificate, original passport, and Canton Fair invitation letter to the visa center to submit materials and provide biometric information (fingerprints) .

第三步：领取护照
Step 3: Collect Passport
普通办理通常需要4个工作日。由于广交会期间申请量较大，实际取证时间请以办理进度为准。请注意，广交会签证一般不提供加急服务 。
Regular processing usually takes 4 working days. Due to the high volume of applications during the Canton Fair season, the actual pickup date may vary. Please note that expedited services are generally not available for Canton Fair visas .

信息一致性
在线填写申请表时，请务必保证个人信息与护照完全一致。任何不一致都可能导致签证延误或被拒 。
Information Consistency
When filling out the application form online, please ensure that your personal information exactly matches your passport. Any inconsistencies may lead to visa delays or rejection .
材料真实性
伪造申请材料违反移民法律法规，所产生的任何后果由申请人自行承担 。请务必为真实业务往来的客户办理邀请函，切勿为陌生人出具担保 。
Authenticity of Documents
Forged documents violate immigration laws and regulations. Applicants will be responsible for any resulting consequences . Please ensure you only issue invitation letters for clients with genuine business relationships, and never provide guarantees for strangers
提前规划
建议提前1-2个月开始办理邀请函和签证。特别是在广交会前的高峰期（3-4月），预留充足时间能有效防止行程延误
Plan Ahead
It is recommended to start processing the invitation letter and visa 1-2 months in advance. Especially during the peak season before the Canton Fair (March-April), allowing sufficient time can effectively prevent travel delays .

为便利在中国的旅行，建议提醒客户关注中国驻外使领馆或签证中心发布的有关外籍人员来华支付方式的介绍
Payment Methods
To facilitate travel in China, it is advisable to remind your clients to pay attention to information released by Chinese embassies or visa centers regarding payment methods for foreigners traveling to China .
