3月12日，由阿塞拜疆驻华大使馆、阿塞拜疆阿拉特自由经济区与中国产业海外发展协会共同主办的“阿拉特自由经济区投资推介会”在阿塞拜疆驻华大使馆成功举行。阿塞拜疆驻华大使布尼亚德·胡塞诺夫、中国产业海外发展协会会长和振伟、阿拉特自由经济区管理局董事会主席瓦莱·阿拉斯加罗夫出席会议并致辞。本次推介会以“聚焦阿拉特自由经济区，共拓欧亚市场新机遇”为主题，吸引了来自中阿两国政府机构、能源电力、建筑工程、制造工业、投资金融等领域的220多位代表参会。
布尼亚德·胡塞诺夫大使在开幕致辞中热烈欢迎中方企业代表的到来。他表示，阿塞拜疆地处欧亚大陆交汇处，是连接中亚、欧洲与中东的重要枢纽，阿拉特自由经济区作为国家重点打造的经济特区，拥有独立的司法体系和优惠的投资政策，是中国企业进入高加索及更广泛欧亚市场的理想门户。当前中阿关系已提升至全面战略伙伴关系，希望双方企业抓住机遇，深化合作。
和振伟会长在发言中指出，阿塞拜疆一直都是中国企业重点关注的国家之一，两国合作已经取得了许多务实成果。去年10月，四川和光同程光伏科技有限公司项目已成功落户阿拉特自由经济区，成为中阿建立全面战略伙伴关系以来首个新能源产业落地项目，为两国企业合作树立了标杆。他强调，中国企业出海正经历从“单一贸易”向“产业链深耕”的转型，希望企业合规先行、深度融合、协同出海，将阿拉特自由经济区作为拓展欧亚市场的战略支点。
瓦莱·阿拉斯加罗夫主席重点介绍了阿拉特自由经济区的核心优势：0税收、无外资持股限制、毗邻巴库新港，并可依托跨里海国际运输走廊高效联通欧亚市场。他表示，阿方高度重视与中国企业的合作，将提供最透明的营商环境和最有力的政策支持，欢迎更多中国企业赴阿拉特投资兴业。
推介会上还举行了阿拉特自由经济区管理局与中国产业海外发展协会谅解备忘录签署仪式，双方将建立长期合作机制，共同推动中阿投资与经贸合作走深走实。在随后的B2B一对一洽谈环节，中阿企业代表围绕能源、制造、物流、农业等领域进行了现场务实对接，达成多项初步合作意向。
本次推介会是中阿建立全面战略伙伴关系后首场聚焦阿拉特自由经济区的专题投资促进活动，为两国企业搭建了高效信息获取与对接平台。与会企业代表表示，通过本次活动深入了解了阿塞拜疆的投资政策与市场机遇，对未来拓展欧亚市场充满信心。
Investment Promotion Conference for Azerbaijan's Alat Free Economic Zone Held in Beijing
On March 12, the "Alat Free Economic Zone Investment Promotion Conference," jointly organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in China, the Alat Free Economic Zone, and the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), was successfully held in Beijing. Key attendees delivering speeches included Bunyad Huseynov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to China; He Zhenwei, President of CODA; and Valeh Alasgarov, Chairman of the Board of the Alat Free Economic Zone Authority.
Centered on the theme "Focusing on the Alat Free Economic Zone to Jointly Explore New Opportunities in the Eurasian Market," the event attracted over 220 representatives from government agencies and sectors including energy, power, construction, manufacturing, and finance from both China and Azerbaijan. Speakers emphasized Azerbaijan's strategic position as a hub connecting Central Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. They highlighted the core advantages of the Alat Zone, such as zero taxation, no restrictions on foreign ownership, and its proximity to the new Baku Port, which facilitates efficient connectivity to Eurasian markets via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route. President He Zhenwei noted that the Sichuan Heguang Tongcheng Photovoltaic Technology project has successfully settled in the zone, marking the first new energy industry project since the elevation of China-Azerbaijan relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership.
During the conference, the Alat Free Economic Zone Authority and CODA signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism. In the subsequent B2B one-on-one matchmaking session, representatives from both countries conducted pragmatic discussions in fields such as energy, manufacturing, logistics, and agriculture, reaching multiple preliminary cooperation intentions. As the first specialized investment promotion event focused on the Alat Zone following the upgrade of bilateral relations, the conference provided an efficient platform for information exchange and business docking, effectively advancing practical cooperation between the two nations.
