生产线特

一、缠绕、固化、脱模一体化设计,生产过程中没有模具吊装和转运; 

Integrated winding, curing and demolding design eliminates the need for mold lifting and transferring during production;

二、二工位设计,满足连续生产需求; 

Dual-station design for uninterrupted production;

三、蒸汽模内加热固化,热效最高、固化质量最好; 

Steam mold internal heating curing, the highest thermal energy efficiency, the best curing quality;

四、冷却水无损伤快速脱模,其原理是利用金属模具与聚合物基复合材料的热

膨胀系数差异,在金属模具快速冷却时实现两者分离; 

The cooling water is non-destructive and rapid demolding, the principle of which is to take advantage of the difference in the coefficients of thermal expansion of metal molds and polymer-based composites to achieve separation of the two when the metal molds are rapidly cooled;

五、圆弧导丝头和针环组成的布纱系统,实现大纤维量精准铺层和减少过渡段

纤维冗余; 

The system consisting of circular guide head and needle ring achieves precise lay-up of large fiber volume and reduces fiber redundancy in the transition section;

六、自动供胶系统,实现制品胶含量的精确控制; 

Automatic glue supply system, realize the precise control of the glue content of the products;

七、纤维的托盘供应方式及随动式支撑架设计,大大降低了工人的劳动强度; 

The pallet supply method of fiber and the design of follow-on support frame greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers;

八、头、尾过渡段不浸胶,节省成本、避免产生固废; 

The head and end transition section is not impregnated with glue, saving cost and avoiding the generation of solid waste;

九、头、尾挂纱针环可反复利用,显著节能减排。 

The head and end hanging fiber rings can be utilized repeatedly, significantly saving energy and reducing emissions.
