主要建设内容：该项目拟选址在延川县马家河农副产品加工园，占地50亩，总建筑面积20020平方米。项目拟分两期建设，工期两年。主要建设内容按功能分区，分为生产区、动力区和办公生活区。包括标准工业厂房、标准库房、办公综合楼、职工宿舍、食堂、配电房、门卫室、污水处理站、道路硬化及绿化。
投资规模：项目总投资0.947亿元。

经济效益分析：通过经济分析，可以看出本项目具有较好的经济效益，项目建成达产后，年均产值预计可达37540.6万元，年均生产成本费用20178万元，年均销售成本6728万元。利润分析：利润总额11405.9万元，达产年投资利润率22.3%，全部投资回收期约为4.4年。可提供就业岗位50个，间接带动就业岗位80个。本项目所在地靠近主要原料产地，所需要的主要原材料，基本可以就近解决，这不仅给生产带来方便，而且可降低成本，提高经济效益。
Main construction content：The project is planned to be located in Majiahe Agricultural and Sideline Products Processing Park, Yanchuan County, covering an area of 50 mu, with a total construction area of 20020 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases with a construction period of two years. According to functional zoning, the main construction is divided into production area, power area, and office & living area, including: standard industrial workshop, standard warehouse, office complex building, staff dormitory, canteen, power distribution room, gatehouse, sewage treatment station, road hardening and greening.
Investment scale：The total investment of the project is 94.7 million yuan.
Cooperation mode：sole proprietorship.
Economic benefit analysis：The economic analysis indicates that this project will yield considerable economic benefits. Once the project reaches its designed production capacity, the projected average annual output value is expected to reach 375.406 million yuan, with an average annual production cost of 201.78 million yuan and average annual sales costs of 67.28 million yuan. The total annual profit is projected to be 114.059 million yuan. The return on investment (ROI) for the year when full production is achieved is 22.3%, and the payback period for the total investment is approximately 4.4 years. The project is expected to create 50 direct jobs and indirectly support an additional 80 jobs. Furthermore, the project site is located close to the primary sources of raw materials. The main raw materials required can largely be sourced locally. This not only facilitates production but also helps reduce costs, thereby enhancing the project's economic efficiency.
