This week, Punta del Este became the center of attention in agribusiness with the Agro en Punta event. Held on February 4, the event brought together leading figures from the sector in Uruguay to discuss the future of food production and sustainability in the field.

Our CEO, Fernando Queiroz, was present and shared a strategic perspective on the moment we are living. In a world facing geopolitical tensions and the challenges of climate change, Fernando emphasized that trust is today our most valuable asset.

According to him, the central point of the global debate is not whether the world needs animal protein — because we know demand exists and continues to grow — but who is able to produce it responsibly. In this context, Latin America and Uruguay gain increasing prominence.
