课程说明
1. 《跨境交易的法律服务与风险管理–普通法下的视角》课程始于2019年，由北京大学法学院与香港律师会（The Law Society of Hong Kong）联合开设。
2. 2026年春季学期课程全部内容由在香港长期从事跨境律师实务的执业律师讲授。香港律师会选派多名优秀律师为同学们讲授国际律师实务与跨境法律服务中的操作与技巧，内容涉及香港法律体系、跨境投资、国际商事争议解决等多个领域的理论和实务操作知识，并就具体的案例展开分析讨论，从多角度提升学生的法律分析水平和实务技能。
3. 本课授课语言主要为英语，课程资料、课堂发言、小组展示、课后作业等均为英文，同时辅以必要的中文，以期提升选课同学使用英文开展法律服务的素养与工作习惯。
4. 课程包含课上讲授和课下答疑环节，课程结束后，将对选课学生课堂表现、课程考试等进行综合考评。

1. 本课程面向大二、大三、大四全校各专业本科生和法学硕士、法律硕士（法学、非法学）、法学博士。
2. 本课程于2026年春季学期3月至4月的周六集中上课，具体时间安排请参考课程大纲。
3. 本课程需要同学接触、阅读大量英文材料，故要求选课同学具备较强的英语能力。相应地，本课程亦有助于提升法律英语素养。
