1月29日，2026中国（湖南）-泰国投资机遇推介会在湖南湘江新区国际科技商务平台成功举办。本次活动由湖南省商务厅指导，泰国投资促进委员会、湖南湘江新区对外科技交流中心、“湘企出海+”综合服务平台长株潭专区长沙主办，旨在深化湘泰经贸合作，为两地企业搭建精准对接的桥梁。会议吸引了湘泰两地政府机构、商协会及近50家企业代表参会。
On January 29, 2026, the 2026 China (Hunan) - Thailand Investment Opportunities Promotion Conference was successfully held at the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area International Science and Technology Business Platform (the ISTBP). Guided by the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province and hosted by the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Foreign Science and Technology Exchange Center (the FSTEC), and the Changsha Section of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Zone of the "Hunan Enterprises Going Global" + Comprehensive Service Platform, the event aimed to deepen economic and trade cooperation between Hunan and Thailand and build a bridge for precise matchmaking between enterprises from both regions. The conference attracted representatives from government agencies, business associations, and nearly 50 enterprises from both Hunan and Thailand.

会上，湖南湘江新区对外科技交流中心主任李唯敏在致辞中表示，湖南与泰国在产业互补性、市场潜力等方面具备深厚的合作基础，本次推介会既是响应“一带一路”倡议的务实举措，也是湘江新区拓展国际合作、助力企业“走出去”的重要契机，期待以此次活动为起点，推动两地在先进制造、现代农业、数字经济等领域结出更多合作硕果。
At the meeting, Li Weimin, Director of the FSTEC, stated in her speech that Hunan and Thailand possess a solid foundation for cooperation in terms of industrial complementarity and market potential. She noted that this promotion conference is not only a pragmatic measure to respond to the "Belt and Road" Initiative but also an important opportunity for Xiangjiang New Area to expand international cooperation and assist enterprises in "going global." She expressed hope that this event would serve as a starting point to yield more cooperative results in fields such as advanced manufacturing, modern agriculture, and the digital economy.

She detailed Thailand's investment preferential policies in key industries such as manufacturing, new energy, and biotechnology, including measures like tax exemptions, land support, and visa facilitation. She also focused on interpreting special support plans for Chinese-invested enterprises, clarifying the path for Hunan enterprises to invest in Thailand.

湖南省商务厅外经处副处长李冰则聚焦“湖南-泰国经贸合作及境外投资备案要求”，梳理了两地贸易往来现状，解读了中国企业赴泰投资的备案流程与合规要点，并结合典型案例，为企业规避海外投资风险提供了专业建议。
Li Bing, Deputy Director of the Outward Economic Cooperation Division of the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, focused on "Hunan-Thailand Economic and Trade Cooperation and Overseas Investment Filing Requirements." he reviewed the current status of trade between the two regions, interpreted the filing process and compliance points for Chinese enterprises investing in Thailand, and provided professional advice on avoiding overseas investment risks by citing typical cases.

Covering topics such as cross-border settlement, project financing, and exchange rate risk management, his presentation provided solid financial support for enterprises "going global."

Zhao Di, Managing Director and Chief Representative of WHA Industrial Development PLC (China), analyzed Thailand's advantages as a regional industrial hub under the current international economic and trade landscape. She promoted WHA Industrial Estate's supporting facilities and investment attraction policies, providing an important carrier for Hunan enterprises to lay out their presence in the Southeast Asian market.

Many enterprises carried out detailed matchmaking regarding cooperation businesses in Thailand, creating a warm atmosphere of exchange and efficient interaction on site.
