HuntEx2026 is an international consumer exhibition showing the latest in hunting, sports, tactical and defensive firearms, ammunition, gear, accessories, shooting and reloading equipment, optics, hunting, outdoor and tactical garments, footwear, knives, archery, taxidermy, hunting and fishing destinations, vehicles, camping, outdoor equipment, wildlife art, and much more. All of it presented by experts who believe in the products they sell. HuntEx is an international consumer expo with visitors falling in the LSM7-10+ income categories. It has become the leading showcase for the hunting, sport shooting, game breeding, game farming, personal defence and protection industries.

4.What are the rules or restrictions at the show (e.g., alcohol, safety)?

HuntEx strictly enforces safety and behavior rules. Firearms may be used only in designated “firearm safety zones,” handguns must be holstered, and other firearms must be kept in containers elsewhere. Violators risk eviction, criminal charges or civil claims. Additionally, alcohol consumption is restricted; no alcohol is allowed in the exhibit hall to ensure safety around firearms. Attendees must comply with all health protocols and South African laws.
