共庆里程碑，携手向未来
2026年1月6日，华锦阿美石油化工有限公司（HAPCO）在辽宁盘锦举办“匠心铸就千日功，同心启航万里程”主题客户合作伙伴新春年会暨产品推介会。
此次活动汇集了项目业主、合作伙伴和承包商的主要领导，重要嘉宾包括：
• 北方工业集团党组成员、副总经理史志荣
• 盘锦市委副书记、市长邢鹏
• 阿美亚洲合资业务管理代理副总裁拉伊德·穆泰瑞
• 华锦阿美董事长任勇强
• 华锦阿美总裁金晓晨
• 中国化学工程集团有限公司党委常委、副总经理赵涛
• 中石化炼化工程（集团）股份有限公司董事长、党委书记蒋德军
拉伊德·穆泰瑞代表阿美亚洲在活动上致辞。他重点总结了2025年取得的主要成就，其中包括：
• 精细化工及原料工程项目经过2年零9个月的建设，实现32套主要生产装置全部机械竣工。
• 在沙特阿美、北方工业集团与盘锦鑫诚的紧密合作下，项目整体施工进度已超过93%。
• 得益于华锦阿美强大的“33550”安全管理体系，项目已累计实现1.08亿安全工时，重大安全、环境、健康、安保或质量事故均为零。
拉伊德·穆泰瑞向华锦阿美管理团队、员工及驻场承包商致以诚挚感谢，特别肯定了他们在严冬中的坚守与奉献，确保了项目安全稳步推进。他强调，这些成就不仅体现了技术进展，更展现了合作伙伴间的信任、协作与韧性。
随着项目进入新阶段，拉伊德·穆泰瑞鼓励各方从象征力量、速度与毅力的“马年精神”中汲取灵感，共同推动华锦阿美迈向投产运营与长期发展。
活动期间，嘉宾们观看了项目宣传片《北纬41° 使命筑城》。宣传片生动展示了华锦阿美从蓝图变为现实的历程，并介绍了未来将投入生产运营的多个关键产品。在新春年会上，公司还与几家潜在客户达成了未来合作意向。
Aramco Asia attends HAPCO New Year Reception & Product Promotion Event
Celebrating Milestones, Looking Ahead Together
On January 6, Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Company (HAPCO) hosted its New Year Reception and Product Promotion Event in Panjin, Liaoning province, under the theme: “Craftsmanship Creates a Thousand Days of Success, Jointly Embarking on a Ten Thousand Mile Journey.”
The event brought together leadership from project owners, partners, and contractors. Distinguished attendees included:
• Shi Zhirong, Vice President, China North Industries Group
• Xing Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Panjin Municipal Party Committee & Mayor of Panjin
• Raid Almutairi, Acting Vice President of Portfolio Management, Aramco Asia
• Ren Yongqiang, Chairman, HAPCO
• Jin Xiaochen, President, HAPCO
• Zhao Tao, Vice President, China National Chemical Engineering Group
• Jiang Dejun, Chairman & Party Secretary, Sinopec Engineering (Group)
During the event, Mr. Raid Almutairi delivered remarks on behalf of Aramco Asia, highlighting major accomplishments achieved in 2025:
• The project has achieved mechanical completion of all 32 major process units, marking a significant milestone after 2 years and 9 months of construction.
• Overall construction progress has surpassed 93%, supported by close partnership among Aramco, NORINCO, and Panjin Xincheng.
• Through HAPCO’s robust “33550” HSE management system, the project has recorded 108 million safe man‑hours with zero major safety, environmental, health, security, or quality incidents.
Raid Almutairi extended heartfelt appreciation to HAPCO’s management team, employees, and onsite contractors, acknowledging their dedication—especially amid severe winter weather—which ensured safe, steady advancement, and emphasized that these achievements reflect not just technical progress but also trust, collaboration, and resilience across partners.
As the project moves into the next phase, Raid Almutairi encouraged all partners to draw inspiration from the spirit of the Year of the Horse—symbolizing strength, speed, and perseverance—as HAPCO advances toward commissioning and long‑term growth.
During the reception, guests viewed the project video “41° North Latitude: Building a City with a Mission”, showcasing how the vision of HAPCO has transformed from blueprint to reality and introducing several key products for future production and operation. Future cooperation intentions were reached with several potential customers during the reception.
