主要职责：
Budget management for projects:
-Analyses the budget of the project.
-Monitor the man hour and material cost for the project.
-Optimize cost for man hour and material cost.
-Control the payment to the supplier.
Supervise the manufacture progress for projects:
-Confirm the project manufacture schedule with the planner.
-Get the correct manufacture information from planner.
-Resolve the problem in the manufacture progress with the production dept.
Communication and negotiation with customers
-Prepare the documents which the customers need.
-Implement the requirements from customers.
-Communicate between customers and all other dept.
-Negotiate detailed project issues with customers for the project profits.
Monitor and support related department for the implementation of projects
-Send the required project information to all related dept.
-Support QA, design and purchasing to implement the project.
-Collect and analyze project information from related dept.
Reclaim the payment for projects
-Special assignment as needed.
岗位要求：
1.Engineering or Science Related Major, Bachelor above Degree.
2.Min.5 years related working experience in project management from multinational manufacturing organization.
3.Good Communication and negotiation skills.
4.Good Reporting and Analytical skills.
5.Good Team work.
6.Good written and oral English skills.
