新源街店 #45 Brewpub
大跃（Great Leap Brewing）是我非常喜欢的一个精酿酒吧，从最开始接触到现在已经大约六年了。它创立于2010年，是北京第一个本土精酿啤酒品牌，致力于使用中国本土出产的原材料酿造啤酒。创立十余年来，大跃为北京乃至全中国的啤酒爱好者带来了许许多多美好的酒款和饮用体验，同时也推广了啤酒文化。前不久，我有幸参加了一次在大跃啤酒新源街店举办的活动。
Great Leap Brewing (GLB) is
one of my favorite brewpubs in Beijing, and it has been about six years since I
had the first beer there. Founded in 2010, GLB is the first local craft beer
brand in the city, and it is committed to brewing with the ingredients that are
locally produced in China. Over more than a decade, GLB has brought many
wonderful beers and drinking experiences to the beer enthusiasts in Beijing and
across China, and has also promoted beer culture. Not long ago, I had the chance
to attend an event at GLB's #45 Brewpub.
在活动中，我见到了大跃的酿酒师，他介绍了一款经典啤酒：甫子啤酒（1）（Honey Ma Gold）。这是大跃酿造的第一款啤酒，其最大特色是使用了四川的花椒和北京的蜂蜜来调味并将二者风味完美结合。随后，我品尝了还在发酵罐里的最新鲜的甫子啤酒。
At the event, I met GLB's brewmaster, who introduced
a classic beer: Honey Ma Gold. It is the first beer brewed by GLB,
and its most distinctive feature is the use of the peppercorns from Sichuan and
the honey from Beijing and then perfectly combined the flavors of both. Later,
I tasted the freshest Honey Ma Gold that is still in the fermenter.

此外，酿酒师还提到大跃现在计划恢复在酒吧里酿啤酒。因为相比于现代化酒厂里的自动化酿造，酒吧这种“前店后厂”的形式能够给酿酒师更多的机会去照顾酿造过程中的每一个环节，从而进一步提高啤酒品质。而且，在酒吧里酿啤酒还能够让顾客对啤酒的生产过程有一个直观的了解，进而拉近彼此之间的距离。
In addition, the brewmaster also mentioned that GLB
now plans to resume brewing beers in the brewpub. Because, compared with the
automatic brewing process in the modern brewery, brewing in the brewpub gives the
brewmaster more opportunities to take care of every step of the process, thus
further improving the quality of beer. Moreover, brewing beer in the brewpub could
also help the customers know how beer is made, and thus narrowing the distance
between each other.

这样的活动今年预计会每隔一个或两个月举办一次，每次会以一个经典酒款为主题。具体信息请见大跃微信公众号。活动可以免费报名，成功参加的话还会获得一个小礼品。

one or two months this year, each featuring a classic beer of GLB. For more

free of charge, and attendees will also receive a small gift.
