WINE
Pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. The nose is explosive, with strong notes of passion fruit, orange peel and lime.Persistent on the palate with a pleasant minerality, balanced acidity and mouth filling.The soft pressing ,careful selection and fractioning of the processes, together with a long fermentation at a controlled temperature gives this wine a great delicacy and complexity.
