Terroir: grown in ferrous soils on calcareous marls.
Ageing: 6 months in barrels of 50 hectoliters
Analytical data: alc. Content 13.50% vol.
Characteristics:
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: intense and velvety with scents of cherry
Taste: full, strong and velvety.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
Serving suggestion: Excellent with cured meats, meat-based first courses and grilled meats.Try it with gnocchi with yellow malga butter and the precious grated Monte Veronese DOP cheese.
