E.T. broke onto the Guangdong craft brewing scene in 2016 with a mind for innovation, excellence, and good designed beers. While the name E.T. brings to mind little green men and the 1982 Spielberg classic, the name itself is simply the combination of their founders'names, Erique and Terry, into one. That being said, they love leaning into the "alien" idea in that their beers and designs are as out there as outer space: expressive and memorable.
佳卡哈始于2014年，由夫妻团队Nick（李克）和彭玲（Penny）在我们深圳的亲朋好友的鼓励与支持下共同创建。我们团队从未有过机器人，我们的酿造装备以创意为其首，以酒花为其心，充满了活力，孕育着生命。创建初期的我们虽然只有一个微型酿造项目，但是在团队成员们坚持不懈的努力中，在佳卡哈朋友们的热爱中，我们逐步成长，并在浙江建立了一个酒厂，陆续推出了广受朋友喜爱的西打、啤酒、桶装鸡尾酒，也研发了无酒精的茶饮，冷萃茶和含有益菌的康普茶，我们团队的灵魂就是要勇于创新，灵活多变，享受发酵的乐趣。Craft Head was founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Nick and Penny with support and encouragement from friends and family in Shenzhen. We have never owned a robot, but our first brewing kit definitely seemed alive with a heart for hops and an affinity for experimentation. Following our initial nano brewing project, we have grown organically to build our own production facility in Zhejiang through both the support of our fans and the persistence, hard work and dedication of our small team. Continually rolling out different beers, ciders and kegged cocktails that are well received by customers around the country, we have also recently developed non-alcoholic beverages such as cold pressed fruit tea drinks and kombucha. They bonded over craft beer, but the city's uniformity of beer styles has left them frustrated. They had only one choice - to pick up the brewing pot and challenge the norms of craft beer, brewing a drink that breaks the ordinary.
