【通知公告】2024年黄浦区外资企业ESG实践案例征集启动通知

Notice of the launch of the 2024 ESG practice case collection of foreign-funded enterprises in Huangpu District

为鼓励外资企业立足新发展阶段，贯彻新发展理念，积极探索可持续发展实践，黄浦区商务委员会拟组织开展年度外资企业ESG实践案例征集活动，并对申报案例企业进行调研、评估、表彰，以期鼓励企业可持续发展实践，推动更多企业参与到黄浦高质量发展实践试点中来，共建美丽绿色黄浦。现诚邀黄浦区外资企业参与本活动，具体参与方式如下:

To encourage foreign-funded enterprises to ground their development in the new stage of development, implement new development philosophy, and proactively explore sustainable development cases, Commission of Commerce of Huangpu District plans to collect ESG cases of foreign-funded enterprises. It will investigate, assess, and commend the candidates, to propel the practice of sustainable development, attract more enterprises to join the pilot project for high-quality sustainable development practice in the district, making Huangpu more beautiful and eco-friendlier. Foreign-funded enterprises in Huangpu District are cordially invited to participate in this event. The detailed requirements are as follows:

1. Applicable case types

1、绿色建筑

(1) Eco-friendly buildings

征集企业在建筑、门店、区域等物理空间范围内的绿色低碳实践(包括新建、改造等)，以及与城市更新、自然环境改善相关的各类实践。

Green and low-carbon practices (new construction or transformation) implemented by enterprises in physical spaces, including buildings, stores, and areas, and other practices related to urban renewal and natural environment improvement.

2、绿色供应链

(2) Green supply chain

绿色供应链旨在从采购、制造、运输、销售、使用、报废或回收的全过程中，对环境的不良影响最少，资源利用效率最高。征集企业供应链全生命周期管理过程中，在节能、减污、降碳等方面做出贡献或领先模式的案例。在此主题中可包含绿色消费。

Green supply chain minimizes the negative impact on the environment and maximizes resource utilization efficiency in the whole process of procurement, manufacturing, transportation, sales, use, ad scrapping or recycling. Applicable cases included those making contribution to or pioneering in energy saving, pollution reduction, and carbon emission reduction in the whole life cycle management process of enterprises’ supply chain. Green consumption can also be included in this type.

3、数字化转型

(3) Digital transformation

数字化转型即利用数字技术等新一代信息技术对传统业务进行升级和转型。征集企业从数字化转型、数字化升级等方面提升企业绿色化生产和运营水平，从而优化治理能力的实践案例。

Digital transformation refers to upgrading and transforming traditional business by using new-generation information technology such as digital technology. Applicable cases include practices that contribute to the green production and operation of enterprises by digital transformation and digital upgrading to optimize the governance capacity.

①企业ESG体系情况介绍(如企业在ESG方面的顶层设计/工作计划/工作架构/组织保障等)

① Introduction of the enterprise’s ESG system (such as the top-level design/ work plan/ work framework/ organizational guarantee in ESG)

②案例具体情况介绍(在绿色建筑/绿色供应链/数字化转型方面的实践，三大主题可任选或交叉涵盖)

② Specific introduction of the case (practices in at least one of the three themes, including green building/ green supply chain/ digital transformation)

③案例的创新性(如案例的首创性和突出的影响力/在中国因地制宜的方案创新/对行业共性问题解决的参考价值/新兴技术对可持续发展中难点瓶颈进行的突破/针对可持续发展面临的实际问题具有整体或局部的有益探索等)

③ Creativity of the case (such as the initiativeness and outstanding influence/ cases adapted to the Chinese market innovatively/ significance in solving common difficulties in the industry/ breakthrough of bottlenecks by emerging technology/ overall or partial solution to existing problems in sustainable development, etc.)

④ 案例的成果价值(如案例在环境、社会、公司治理方面带来的积极影响及产生的良好效益/对行业的影响力与可复制推广经验/规模化应用前景的效益性等，必要时可通过相关核心数据佐证)

1. Mainly written materials, which can be supplemented with pictures. Within 3,000 characters in Word format;

2、内容应真实客观、全面具体、逻辑清晰，按板块、要点，分条理进行阐述;

2. The content should be true, objective, comprehensive, and specific, and be organized by sections and key points with clear logic;

3、字体字号:主标题华文中宋二号，小标题黑体三号，正文宋体三号;

3. Font and size: the headline should be in Chinese Zhongsong No. 2, the subtitle in Boldface No. 3, and the main body in Song No. 3;

4、若有ESG报告等其他支撑材料，可随申报材料一同递交。

(四)企业实质性议题识别流程

1. Collection

企业按要求报送材料至区商务委，区商务委对报送材料进行收集整理。

Enterprises submit materials as required to the Commission of Commerce of Huangpu District, which will collect and sort out the files subsequently.

(二)案例初审

2. First review

区商务委组织专家团成员对报送案例进行初审，如有必要，对企业进行线上或实地调研，以确保案例的真实性与案例评审的客观性。专家团成员如有疑意，将通过材料补充、现场答辩等形式完善评审参考性。

The Commission of Commerce of Huangpu District reviews the materials and, when necessary, conduct on-line or on-site investigation of the enterprises to ensure the authenticity of the cases and objectivity of the review. If the expert group has doubts, supplementary materials and/or on-site defense will be needed.

(三)案例评选

3. Selection

区发展改革委、区商务委、区生态环境局、专家团成员对案例进行评估。

The Development and Reform Commission of Huangpu district, Commission of Commerce of Huangpu District, Commission of Ecology and Environment of Huangpu District, and the expert group will assess the cases.

4. Commendation

于2024年黄浦外商投资推介大会上对评选出的优秀案例进行表彰。
