ALTIMETRY - From 200 to 300 metres above sea-level, hills prevailing
VINEYARDS
Bred to supported wallbars and spurred cord with density from 4500 to 5000 stumps that produce 120 Ql/Ha
WINE - MAKING
A 8/10 day maceration of pressed grapes with careful pump-overs and delestage at 25°.
RIPENING In steel for about 3 months, then in the bottle for at least one month
THINNER - MAKING - On average 90 days in the bottle
TASTING
Colour - deep and bright purple colour
Sense of smell intense and fresh bouquet of red berries, with the characteristic violet note
Flavour - full, but fresh and fruity palate with a god balance between fruit and structure
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE - 12,50 % in vol.

NOTES
Perfectly complements earthy soups, pasta and meats, but it is alsovery pleasant on its own.Pour preferably to16°/18°C of temperature .
