首届中国国际供应链促进博览会11月28日至12月2日在北京举行。作为全球首个以供应链为主题的国家级展会，链博会集贸易促进、投资合作、创新集聚、学习交流功能于一体。与会多国人士表示，链博会的举办展现了中国维护全球产业链供应链安全稳定的担当，期待借助这一平台拓展中外合作新机遇。
凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均应提交海峡两岸仲裁中心，按照申请仲裁时该中心现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the Arbitration Center Across the Straits (ACAS) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Center's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
